I’m so glad you’re here. Please note that these services are only available to people I know personally at this time.
Facing surgery, hospitalization, cancer treatment, or treatment for a chronic illness flareup can be daunting or even scary. You may feel overwhelmed and stuck, despite normally being competent and capable in your career and family life. Seasons of illness and medical treatment stretch us; often we find ourselves suddenly juggling finances, medical research, mental health struggles, spiritual unsettledness, and care coordination.
I draw on my strengths to help you root into yours.
Drawing from my personal journey with cancer and multiple surgeries, my professional experience in project management, and my backgrounds in Christian and Earth-based spirituality, I provide various support to people going through a season of health challenges and medical treatment. Support sessions may be in person, on the phone or over video call.

My approach to medical companion work centers on listening, facilitating, companionship. I use the concepts of tidying and tending. Tidying (coordination/project management), tending (compassionate presence, art, soul care).
Sliding Scale
I want to make my services available to clients of all financial levels. During our first consultation call, we will discuss what services you want me to provide and pricing. If the prices listed are too high for you, please let me know and we can determine what works for both of us
Barter
If you prefer to exchange goods or services with me rather than a cash payment, let’s discuss on our first consultation call. If there is a fair exchange that works for both of us, I am open to considering it.
My experience of diagnosis and treatment for stage III rectal cancer at the age of 25 set me on a path of deeper compassion for myself and others. My work in community development, housing, and faith community settings helped me to develop a skillset that combines project management, compassionate presence, and soul care.
