This endeavor begins
In a well worn place,
But leaves the dirt
To crunch the grass.
Will this become
a familiar path?
Narrow–because
Narrow is all that’s needed.
Eventually muted
But solid underfoot.
Rubbed free of growth
And instead
Directing, propelling
Emboldening, connecting.
Honestly?
I can’t wait.
